The sending or the handing over of the tickets is to be agreed between the provider and the recipient. The following methods can be used:

1. Handing over of the Tickets personally
   This will generally take place in front of the concert hall on the day of the concert.
   
   
2. Normal Letter
   Not secure, but this is the way that Eventim normally send their Tickets (Except if they are really expensive)
   Cost: 55 Cents or more (depends on the country you live)
   
   
3. Registered Post (Einschreiben)
   The Sender receives a receipt at the post office as proof that the letter has been sent and the letter must be signed for on delivery. In the event that the letter is lost or damaged the German Postal service is liable up to a sum of 25 Euros. The cost of the service is added to the cost of a normal letter.
   Cost: 2.60 Euros
   
   
4. Registered Post with proof of delivery (Einschreiben mit Rückschein)
   This is the same as the previous service but in addition the sender gets proof of receipt with the Signature of the person who accepted the letter. This is only available in conjunction with the registered post service.
   Cost: 4.40 Euros
   
   
5. Registered Post with named recipient (Eigenhändig)
   This is the same as the previous service but only the named recipient or someone who is specifically authorised by that person can accept delivery of the letter. This is only available in conjunction with the registered post service.
   Cost: 4.40 Euros
   
   
6. Registered Post without Signature (Einschreiben Einwurf)
   The Sender receives a receipt at the post office as proof that the letter has been sent but the recipient does not have to sign for the letter and it will just be put into their letterbox. In the event that the letter is lost or damaged the German Postal service is liable up to a sum of 20 Euros. The cost of the service is added to the cost of a normal letter.
   Cost: 2.15 Euros
